Personality: Reeve appears to other people as a stern, serious kind of person, but he has a wicked sense of humour beneath the mask. It is easy to get the impression that he's laughing secretly at you, because he actually is doing that. He has slight morality issues, he knew what is right and what is wrong, but he didn't realize that it actually has anything to do with him. He had worked very hard for the position, and, being an opportunist, had done some immoral things to gain it also. The said immoral things haunt him, but he usually don't think about them unless he was caught off guard. He is also a genius, and fits the eccentric mold well, walking around mumbling odd nonsensical things for no reason at all, and staring off into space in odd moments.
Physical Description: He has short, cropped black hair which is usually slightly mussed, with wisps of it hanging around his face while he worked, causing him to brush them away irritably. He also grow a slight goatee to make himself look older and make others, especially the President, take him more seriously, but he hates it. He has narrow, slanted grey eyes, which is rather resembles a cat's. Usually wears a suit, and has a sketchpad in his hand and a pen and a pencil in his shirt pocket.
Biography: He grew up in the middle-classes in Junon, but was quickly recognized as smarter than his age by his teachers. He graduated University at 19, and begun working at ShinRa even since. He rose up the ranks quickly due to a slight disregard for morality and his own creativity and ideas. He was given the position of the Head of Urban Developement at age 27 and had got to know Vincent anf the Turks since then.
